The Nautical Mile:

Phase 1: 1/4 mile run

Phase 2: Perform 50 pushups

Phase 3: 1/4 mile run

Phase 4: Perform 50 air squats

Phase 5: 1/4 mile run

Phase 6: Perform 50 sandbag cleans

Phase 7: 1/4 mile run

Phase 8: Grab a sandbag and run 800 feet to the finish
